I’ve been in the fitness world since I was 14 and a gym owner since 2013. I currently own/operate two mostly passive rural gyms... both in communities under 1,500 people. This pushed me to be ruthless about efficiency: clean ops, clear pricing, durable member journeys, and systems that don’t need a full-time babysitter.
As the gyms grew, admin ballooned: waivers, billing, holds, cancels, reactivations, front-desk gaps, chasing dues, pauses.
